Submitting a Request for Approval

1. A copy of the lot layout, showing the house, the lot lines and easement lines.
2. A sketch of the yard, indicating where the fence, shed, outbuilding, deck, patio, pool or landscaping will be located.
3. A picture and description of the materials used in the construction of the fence, shed, outbuilding, deck, patio, pool or landscaping. Include exact measurements of the proposed fence, shed, outbuilding, deck, patio, pool or landscaping.
4. Any specific instructions referenced in the Association documents relating to submitting a request for approval will also apply. Refer to the Association documents for details.

Following approval from the Architectural Review Committee, the homeowner must obtain a township permit. Once the township has approved the request, construction may commence following the guidelines provided by the Declarant.
